Thanks, annerose. Since I almost always work from photos I thought people would like to see my inspiration for the painting. Of course the real challenge is letting the painting be its own thing and not get too literal and start copying the photo.

I’m working from photos now too. Yep I agree at some point the painting has to be it’s own thing, the photo is just a starting point, and that is a challenge.
